Alhaji Nura Idris Maska, a social crusader and youth mobiliser, has been honoured with the International Fellow Membership by Occupational Safety and Health Association United Kingdom (OSHAssociation UK).
Maska got this award as a recognition of his dedication and commitment towards promoting safety best practices, not in his work place but in all his endeavours.
The recipient, whose professional career has traversed different disciplines in notable blue chip companies where he has left indelible footprints, said he felt humbled but accomplished by the conferment of the prestigious award. He promised to devote his time and career to the sustenance of the values promoted by OSHAssociation UK.
“I felt honoured and humbled by this award. I will devote my time and resources, with more determination, towards safety of others and society at large, but especially in Nigeria. I thank the organiser for finding me worthy of this prestigious Award. Thank you so much,” he offered.
Nura Maska is an experienced HR expert having worked for decades with multinational organisations at managerial levels. He is presently a senior management staff of EMOG Container Terminal, Ijora, Lagos.
The Award Conferment Ceremony comes up on Thursday November 30, 2023 at Conference Hall, Raw Materials Research and Development Council, Maitama, Abuja.
