Ten vessels are expected to berth at the Terminal C of Tincan Island Port, Lagos between March 2 and 30, 2019.
Ports & Cargo Handling Services Limited, operator of the terminal, disclosed this in the vessel arrival forecast list it published today March 8, 2019 and which a copy was made available to PortNews in Lagos by Henschel Udin.
Out of the ten vessels, Ports & Cargo said three had since arrived in the terminal. They are MSC Diego, MV Maritime Challenger and MSC Dymphna. They berthed at berths 6 and 8 respectively.
Vessels: MSC Diego and MSC Dymphna are owned by Mediterranean Shipping Company while the owner of MV Maritime Challenger not stated. Shipping logistics support is being provided by Comet Shipping and Alraine for them. But the forecast did not mention the goods onboard the vessels. The expected time of delivery for MSC Dymphna is March 13.
Other vessels that are being expected to berth in the terminal are MSC Annick, MV Spyros V, MSC India, MSC Regina, MV E.R. France, MSC Gina and MSC Shaula. They are all owned by Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC). Their expected time of delivery and cargo onboard are not stated by the forecast.
Comet Shipping would provide logistics support for them when they arrive.
