Port & Cargo, Liberian Ports Authority synergise on port development
SIFAX Group has disclosed that the Liberian Ports Authority has toured its flagship company, Ports & Cargo Handling Services Limited at Tin Can Island Port and SIFAX Inland Container Terminal at Ijora Causeway in Lagos.
Mr. Muyiwa Akande, Manager, Corporate Affairs of SIFAX Group, noted the tour was a prelude to a partnership between SIFAX Group and the Liberian government towards the development of the country's maritime and logistics sector.
Akande stressed that the visitors were impressed with the coordinated and systemic cargo handling operations in the two firms.
