The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace, Festus Keyamo says growth and sustenance of local airline businesses top his agenda for aviation industry.
He added that the local airlines will be taken to the highest international standards in the aviation industry.
In the 5-point agenda for the industry posted by Keyamo on his X account yesterday, the Minister noted that his administration will ensure strict compliance with safety and regulations and continuous upward movement of Nigeria’s rating by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
He said that improvement of infrastructures in the aviation industry shall be given more attention, stating that development of human capacity in the industry will not be left behind.
Lastly, Keyamo averred that revenue generation for the government will not be compromised as all measures shall be taken to ensure that all loopholes are blocked.
