Ahead of commissioning in October, notable port stakeholders have visited the rehabilitated the Mission To Seafarers (MTS) Centre located in Apapa to access the level of facilities available.
Yesterday, members of Nigeria Shipping Agents and the Apapa Pilotage District Berthing Meeting visited the Center to assess the level of facilities.
The MTS Centre is renovated by the Nigerian Ports Authority, NPA, under the leadership of Mallam Mohammed Bello-Koko, Managing Director.
