Zarmmak Bonded Terminal in Lagos says it is determined to redefine cargo clearance and warehousing by introducing a one-stop, stress-free, terminal-agent-importer platform which will not only reduce the cost of doing business but help bring down prices and inflation.

This was announced last week by the Chief Executive Officer/President of the company, Barrister Caleb Muoka, at the annual end-of-the-year party of the company where staff, clients and well-wishers were feted to a sumptuous and elaborate cuisine.

The off-dock container facility which commenced operation mid 2020 has carved its own niche with a provision of the latest tech cargo handling machines such as Ferrari and Kalmar branded reachstackers and empties handlers. A well-furnished administration and marketing building and an independent unit for customs operations are in place.

The facility is on a 24 hour security watch with CCTV cameras covering every nook and cranny of the terminal which has the capacity to handle five thousand TEU.

“We want to be the haven for importers and exporters to do their business in the next few years and luckily, we have a special advantage of being accessible by the well built Apapa Oshodi Expressway. In other words, our customers can come here and pick their cargo stress-free with us having helped them shoulder the burden of traffic gridlock enveloping the ports in Apapa,” explained Barrister Muoka.
